Financial and Post-Program Management
We know the importance of having a budget. We work to create budget metrics, event spend profile and cost savings analysis so your event is designed to stick to that budget. After your event, we work with you to review and reconcile the financials then analyze and evaluate the program. Additionally, we conduct and provide post-program surveys and reporting so you can further evaluate the success of the program.
Housing and Registration
Our team has years of experience in hotel sourcing and procurement. We take care of all hotel and housing negotiations as well as manage all event participant registration, schedules, room blocks and more. We utilize our proprietary Gavel Edge software, incorporate program websites for participants and use mobile apps so all aspects of your program run smoothly and participants easily stay informed.
Air Travel
