About Gary Bertolucci
With over 40 years of experience, Gary uses his superior knowledge to make each program a success, for both the client and participant. After managing his family-owned restaurant, early in his career Gary worked for Hyatt Corporation and Sheraton ITT as Executive Director Food and Beverage and Executive Director of Rooms. Following time in the hospitality industry, he enjoyed 15 years of success owning and operating a meeting planning company with a specialty in the technology sector. For the past 19 years, Gary has been an integral member of Gavel International. He works tirelessly to fulfill his clients’ vision for their events by shaping and executing design and program specifications. He navigates around common pain-points with ease. He negotiates hotel and supplier contracts, controls food and beverage costs, and manages the overall budget. Gary oversees both large and small-scale incentive programs, and corporate meetings for a long list of loyal clients, ranging in size from board meetings, to conventions of over 10,000 participants, many of whom are from Fortune 100 and 500 companies in various industries. Gary is currently an Account Manager for Gavel International working in the heart of Silicon Valley.
